Tattoo on the finger? Do they hurt?

question of btownsbabyblueangel : tattoo on his fingers? Do they hurt? My husband and I are married a few months and we do not make nice rings ... I wanted to do something different and maybe a tattooed wedding ring for each of us ... How bad would it hurt ??... I already have a tattoo on his shoulder, so I know somehow be painful to deal with ... I also think that if we can afford to create beautiful rings, they starting to get just cover up tattoos.
