stainless steel bands, but if your bands are etched and have black, that "antique" in it than you want to be very careful what you put on it, and with a rag instead of a brush, because the black is scrub out. I know this sounds weird, but toothpaste works wonders on jewelry, and is very Gental. Id go with a rag.
