If you rent, they are hired to work and not eat. You think it would be nice to invite them to eat, remember that they arbeiten.Aber it is only 5 other people, how much more $ $ $ , could be that? Although not common, it would be something for you, so at least they eat lunch or something nice. :) Know better? Leave your answer in the comments!
