question by Rick H : new ceramic rings: If I buy a black ceramic wedding band, it must be black (the center) with Yahoo Answers, I found out that it? no black metal in general. even a black tungsten or titanium ring will fade eventually and dull. I've already bought him a steel band complete with a blackened, but that's exactly what it turned out that ... only one goal. it begins to fade! (Yes, we're wearing our bands, we could not just wait!) I hope, maybe, if I have a black ceramic wedding band with a glossy finish ... it will stay that way! We Marriage 4 April and in the hope of giving my beautiful, soon to be husband, the wedding ring he deserves thanks for your answers soon to Rick's wife <3 his Honda:!) My husband has a black ceramic ring. My ring is black, and simple (I did not like) and my husband works with oil and all other types of grease, ink, and God knows what else. (Air Force), he originally had a black titanium ring, but it began to dim and fade. We got him a ceramic ring, and it remained black. It is easy to wipe, it is amazing. However, it is kind of kink-like porcelain when it hits something in the wrong direction. he must be careful. Other than that, it's a beautiful ring, which is actually black and does fade.
