This is a very unique stone. In my opinion, I would simply leave the band without the Sapphires, it would only take away form the beauty of the center stone. A diamond shape for the cut would probably be the only way to fit in, and it would probably be quite expensive - it usually costs around 900-1000 dollars, if not more, depending on quality, to have made a user votes for a piece of jewelry .
